HOW DO I GO ABOUT GETTING AN ESTIMATE ON MY DAMAGES?


There is more then one answer to this question depending on your situation.

If you are not using insurance just call us to set up a time that works best for you.

If you are going through insurance when you open the claim ask them what their policy on estimates is . Very often they will require an adjustor from their company to inspect your vehicle. They may need to write you their own estimate and pay based on their estimate (Gieko, Progressive, Allstate are a few that work this way). If this is the case we can get the estimate either from you or them directly and start the repairs based on their estimate not ours. If this is their policy and the estimate is not complete or we find additional hidden damage once your vehicle is in the shop then at that point we can do what is called a supplement. They are still required to cover the additional costs and we will work directly with them to make that happen.

There are several insurance companies that we work directly with (Ameriprise, Farmers, AAA and a few others), for these companies all we need to do is contact them to send us an assignment so we can send them directly our estimate and photos. In this case just call us to set up a time that works best for you to come in so we can take a look at your vehicle.

If you are unsure of your insurance companies policy we would be happy to contact them to find out how they want us to proceed. Something import to understand is that in most cases a body shop handing you a paper estimate will not get an insurance company to pay. Ultimately we want to help you get your vehicle repaired so we just need to figure out the policy so we can proceed correctly.

HOW CAN I GET A RENTAL CAR?


The great thing about Rose’s Collision is that we have relationships with several rental car agency’s. We can set up your rental for you. When you drop off your vehicle for repair a representative can come pick you up. Don’t worry about having to return the car. When your vehicle is complete and ready for pick up you can leave your rental here and they will come pick it up for you. Just another way we try to streamline the repair process making it more convenient for you.

MY VEHICLE IS NOT DRIVEABLE AND NEEDS TO BE TOWED. CAN YOU HELP?

Is There A Warranty On The Repairs to My Vehicle?


YES. We guarantee all our repairs with a LIFETIME WARRANTY as long as you own it!

HOW LONG WILL MY REPAIRS TAKE?


Each vehicle that we service is different. The severity and location of the damages to your vehicle plays a big part. Once we have a preliminary estimate we can give you an estimated time that it will take to complete the repair work to your vehicle. However, keep in mind that the date given is always subject to change, depending upon if once your vehicle is in the shop if we find any additional “hidden damage”.

Can I Get A Ride Home When I Drop Of My Vehicle?


Absolutely. We are happy to provide this service to you.

WILL MY PAINT MATCH?


We have made major investments in our paint systems, technology, equipment and
paint booth to ensure that we provide, not only an excellent match to your
vehicle’s color, but also a beautiful finish that is second to none..

HOW WILL I KNOW WHEN MY VEHICLE IS READY?

If My Vehicle's Frame Is Damaged, Will It Be A Total Loss?


Not necessarily. Now days most vehicles are built using unibody construction. Our highly-skilled, certified technicians, with the aid of our state-of-the-art computer measuring system, will return your vehicle to original factory specifications. If it is determined that the frame is bent beyond repair, that section can simply be replaced.

Where Do I Get A Claim Number?


Claim numbers are issued by the insurance company at the time you report the accident.
Just jot the number down and bring it in with you. We will take care of the rest.

WHEN DO I HAVE TO PAY MY DEDUCTIBLE?

Your deductible is paid at the time when you pick up your vehicle. If you opt to pre pay prior to services rendered, that’s fine as well.

WHAT METHODS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept cash debit cards and all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover). If you would like to pay with a personal check, please note that we do require a proper valid state driver’s license. (All check transactions are subject to approval)

DO YOU ACCEPT PAYMENT PLANS FOR THE DEDUCTIBLE?

Unfortunately, we are not able to accommodate individuals who cannot pay their deductible in its entirety upon the completion of our services.

CAN SOMEONE ELSE DROP OFF OR PICK UP MY VEHICLE FOR ME?

Absolutely yes! We understand that sometimes our customers are functioning on very tight schedules. To make it easier for you, prior to dropping off or picking up your vehicle, simply call our body shop and make arrangements with our front office staff who will be more than happy to work with you.

WHAT DOES AN ESTIMATE ENTAIL? ARE ESTIMATES FREE?

Estimates are FREE of charge. Each estimate takes about 15 minutes to complete. Our estimators take pictures of your vehicle’s damages and perform a detailed and thorough examination. Following the assessment, you will be given a copy of the estimate in its entirety, and the choice to either leave your vehicle to get the repairs completed right away (based upon availability)or scheduled in a later date.
